Last Stock Canada sells discounted, overstock, and clearance products sourced from third-party suppliers.

As a result:

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections (such as packaging wear) may be present

We strive for accuracy, but:

All products sold are authentic. Last Stock Canada operates as an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by brands unless explicitly stated.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

5. Shipping & Risk

Orders are shipped from Montreal, Canada.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Delays caused by carriers or external factors are outside our control

Once your order is handed to the carrier:

  • Risk of loss transfers to you
  • Delivery issues must be addressed with the carrier

6. No Returns Policy

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, except in cases where:

  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The item arrived damaged or defective due to our error

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
