All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Returns & Refund Eligibility
We only offer refunds or replacements in cases where the issue is caused by us, including:
- You received the wrong item
- The item arrived damaged or defective
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or preference
- Minor packaging damage
- Items that match the product description
- Sale items or gift cards
Reporting an Issue
If you believe your order qualifies, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Resolution Process

- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
